SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Happy Things Club! We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States and Israel.

DELIVERY TIMES

United States:
Standard shipping: 5-10 business days from the date of shipment

Israel:
International shipping: 10-20 business days from the date of shipment

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing (for international orders), or other unforeseen circumstances.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package and see its estimated delivery date.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via USPS and other trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to the United States and Israel. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at contact.happythingsclub@gmail.com

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact.happythingsclub@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
